The Light Of Inspiration

Losing inspiration is like being trapped beneath an old abandoned shed in the middle of no place, where not a soul can rescue you.

Then, time escapes us and we look up to find that not only days, but years have gone by, evaporating and moving past us like morning fog.

Maybe we’re too prideful to admit that we were lost, and never bothered to search for motivation and definitely not for directions. Instead, we feel our way through this world, until our own stubbornness misleads us into seclusion.

But inspiration can steal us when we are feeling empty and lost or somewhere in the middle between productivity and stillness. If we keep our minds open, our eyes focused, and our ears listening for it, we can see the light and find what inspires us.

Creativity always begins with the light that shines through the cracks of what mentally blocks us.

The light always prevails.

    Loved the way you weaved the words that lead us through your post! You are right about losing inspiration. I have learned that it helps to be looking and listening for it.

        Shared the fact that you have an audio on your blog with a friend and they thought it was a great idea. I’m thinking that maybe you might want to think about a tutorial on how to do it on YouTube.com. I think most of us on WordPress would be interested in learning how to do it. Really is a great feature you have.
