Thank you Michael, ordinarily my photos tend to inspire the words that come forth. I thought to write a long post today. But, I felt that sometimes less is more. Have a great day, Michael. I look forward to reading your posts and will be stopping by. 🙂

Awwww, lovely. Is that your husband and daughter? I think the presence of a father is so important in a child’s like. I know my daughter is secure in her dad’s love for her. And I totally believe that it’s shaping her into a healthy and whole individual that won’t need to seek the love and attention of unhealthy relationships.
Have a wonderful day and week Sonyo.
    🙂 ❤

Yes, it is my hubby with our daughter. I totally agree with you Staci, a father’s love is huge in a little girl’s life and boy’s life. Too often little boys and girls grow up into adults with “daddy” issues. It’s very easy to recognize in the adults around us. I’m glad that she has a strong male role model in her life, one that is very active and hands-on. Have a great day as well, Staci! 🙂

–I know I did. It took me a while to be all healed up from it too. Wrote a post on it once with a poem and artwork. If interested, you can see it here: https://stacilys.wordpress.com/2016/09/19/wings-to-fly-2/

Ugh…same here. And I feel little girls grow up into women with father issues. I will definitely read your post and comment on it when I have a moment. 🙂

The greatest role I’ll ever play is helping my daughter take flight, giving her the support she needs. Being there to know she can always rely on me. This haiku beautifully captures that. Thank you!
