Juicing with the Nutribullet-Pro Series: Healthy Rewards
Once you start juicing, you won’t feel like turning back. The great thing about juicing your veggies and fruits is that now you can juice without all the mess. There are a variety of Nutribullet recipes that can jump-start your new healthy lifestyle. I have heard a lot about Nutribullet and the Nutribullet Pro, but I was skeptical and thought it wasn’t going to be as good as other juicers. The thing I love about the Nutribullet is that there is no mess, little clean up, and no wasting an ounce of precious nutrients from your veggies or fruit that you’d ordinarily throw away.
Getting Motivated with Extreme Sports
I got in to extreme sports originally filming my little sister currently living in NYC who is an aspiring professional body builder and very close to obtaining her pro-card. Then, I began filming those that came to be my friends back in Liverpool, New York that are Pro MMA fighters. But if I back track, I do recall a long time ago dating a BMX Pro. I enjoy filming those in extreme sports simply because it strikes me as one of the most motivating and inspiring demonstrations of what it means to have heart.
Water Off A Duck’s Back: How to deal with a P.I.T.A.
Did you know that ducks have a special preen gland near their tail, that when they rub that oil on their feathers with their beaks, it makes them waterproof? That oil gives their feathers protection from water damage and extreme weather conditions as well.
Failure vs. Success: The Thomas Edison Approach
“Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” ~Thomas Edison
Let’s cut to the chase here and make this simple and to the point. It is a lot easier to get discouraged then we think. People can discourage us on a regular basis, negative situations, obstacles, hardships, and challenges as well. Don’t let everyday frustrations get in the way of your vision for your life or what you are trying to accomplish. You are often so close to reaching your goal, when you decide it isn’t worth it anymore and you give up. The best way to demonstrate courage to those negative people in your life that give you such a hard time, is to prove them all wrong.
The Passive Aggressive: Pleasantly silent & lethal
Dealing with everyday frustration is normal for anyone. What becomes a challenge is dealing with various styles of communication. I find that there are only two major types of communicators, those that are direct and those that are passive aggressive. In my opinion, one of the most frustrating types of communication styles is passive aggressiveness. Passive aggressive communicators are non-confrontational individuals, they might come across as pleasant even, but they can often be deadly. If actions could kill, passive-aggressive people are like lethal silent bullets, you don’t even know they are upset or seeking revenge until it’s too late.
