Traces of itself dissolves

Leaving me behind


Note: I’m working full-time now, so my time is slim. I didn’t include an audio today for my Haiku. I will try my best to comment and read your blogs. ❤

Some days I feel like time just evaporates right before my eyes. So, I try and find gratitude with the time I do have for myself. Some days we don’t have a lot of “me” time. Did you know that our brain uses more energy than any other organ in our body? It takes approximately 20% of the body’s energy to keep our brain’s powered. Everyone is different, but most of us can feel emotionally or physically drained from time to time. The details get washed by our fast paced lives until days go by in a blur and everything in them fades into long sleepless nights.
